I have created diverse ways for your move with me, so that you get the best out of your own time and my expertise.
In person classes are great, but if you can't get to one, or you just want some start and end the end inspiration, the class on Youtube are designed to be mostly 20-30 mins.
Longer sessions speak more about form, short clips isolate specific exercises for form, and Podcast is my chance to speak! My aim is to give you knwoledge and stratgiues that amplify your capacity and life!
