We will increase your spectrum of movement, so that you are more mobile, less prone to niggles and injuries and feeling more powerful and motivated towards your sports and an active life. I give a lot of attention to what your specific needs are in terms of reducing stiffness, increasing capacity and improving injury through appropriate load.
Elements of core strengthening, body connection (eg foot to hip), fascial flow and breathing works both functionally and positionally to serve your body, mind and heart.
