About the event

Monica is a qualified osteopath and counsellor, practicing in Bletchingdon. She is passionate about movement and human capacity. As such, she has done additional training in Barbell Rehab (Dr. Michael Mash), Strategic Strength (Tony Genitlcore and Luke Worthington), PRI, Hypoporessives, Somasensing (fascial flow), and she is an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Breathing Instructor for performance, altitude and mental agility.

She is the author of BodyBrainHeart and BodySense Journal - helping you to harness the science of movement, motivation and emotional resilience everyday.

In this session, we will touch on most aspects of Monica's work in a session that includes some talking from her, some movement altogther, some quiet moments of breathing  - delivering you a healthy nervous system and more blood to both brain and muscles; and some structured, positional movement more geared towards efficiency and strength. 

The session will help you to know which of Monica's classes and workshops starting in November will suit you as a regular or occassinal top up to what is gained in this session.

Most of Monica's classes can be used as a conditioning or warm up for weights and combat training, if those are part of your life; or to down regulate the nervous system, depending on the focus.
